تعلن شركة Aliphdeen Recruitment & Consultant عن توفر فرصة عمل لفني NDT / فني NDT متعدد (سريلانكي الجنسية) للعمل في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن قطاع النفط والغاز والمصافي وخطوط الأنابيب ومحطات الطاقة والتفتيش الصناعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات الفحص باستخدام طرق الاختبار غير الإتلافية المعتمدة وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع والموقع.
- تنفيذ فحوصات الموجات فوق الصوتية (UT)، وفحص الاختراق (PT)، وفحص الجسيمات المغناطيسية (MT)، والفحص البصري (VT) والأعمال ذات الصلة.
- إجراء قياس السماكة بالموجات فوق الصوتية (UTG)، ومسح اللحامات، وفحص التآكل.
- فحص خطوط الأنابيب، الخزانات، الغلايات، الأعمدة، المرشحات والمعدات الصناعية.
- قراءة الرسومات الفنية، الرسومات الإيزومترية وخطط التفتيش.
- إعداد تقارير فحص NDT دقيقة.
- اتباع قواعد السلامة في الموقع، إجراءات التصاريح ومعايير الجودة.
- صيانة ومعالجة معدات NDT بشكل صحيح.
- التنسيق مع مفتشي QA/QC والمشرفين وفرق الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مؤهل فني ذي صلة (يفضل).
- شهادة ASNT Level II (يفضل).
- شهادة في QA/QC الميكانيكية أو فحص اللحامات أو خطوط الأنابيب والهندسة (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة سابقة في الخليج أو في أعمال المصافي أو الإغلاق/الصيانة الدورية (يفضل).
- خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز، المصافي، خطوط الأنابيب أو محطات الطاقة (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات فحص NDT.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية والإيزومترية.
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير التفتيش.
- وعي جيد بالسلامة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات صناعية ومصافي ومواقع.
- خبرة في طريقة أو أكثر من طرق NDT التالية: UT (اختبار الموجات فوق الصوتية)، PT (اختبار الاختراق)، MT/MPI (اختبار الجسيمات المغناطيسية)، RT/RFI (اختبار التصوير الإشعاعي / تفسير الأفلام)، VT (الفحص البصري)، UTG (قياس السماكة بالموجات فوق الصوتية).

Aliphdeen Recruitment & Consultants Pvt Ltd is recruiting experienced NDT Technicians / Multi NDT Technicians for vacancies in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates with a strong background in refinery, oil & gas, pipeline, power plant, shutdown/turnaround, vessel, boiler, column, filter or heavy equipment inspection work.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out non-destructive testing and inspection activities in accordance with project and site requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Perform NDT inspections using approved testing methods.
Conduct Ultrasonic Testing, Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Visual Testing and related inspection work.
Carry out ultrasonic thickness gauging, weld scanning and corrosion inspection.
Inspect pipelines, vessels, boilers, columns, filters and industrial equipment.
Read technical drawings, isometric drawings and inspection plans.
Prepare accurate NDT inspection reports.
Follow site safety rules, permit procedures and quality standards.
Maintain and handle NDT equipment properly.
Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors, supervisors and site teams.
Required NDT Methods
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:
UT - Ultrasonic Testing
PT - Penetrant Testing
MT / MPI - Magnetic Particle Testing
RT / RFI - Radiographic Testing / Film Interpretation
VT - Visual Testing
UTG - Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.
ASNT Level II certification preferred.
QA/QC Mechanical, Welding Inspection or Piping & Pipeline Engineering certification will be an added advantage.
Previous Gulf, refinery, shutdown or turnaround experience will be preferred.
Experience in oil & gas, refinery, pipeline or power plant projects is an advantage.
Skills Required
Good knowledge of NDT inspection procedures.
Ability to read technical and isometric drawings.
Ability to prepare inspection reports.
Good safety awareness.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in industrial, refinery or site environments.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: SR 1,500 - SR 3,000
Approx. LKR: Rs. 135,000/- to Rs. 268,000/-
Food Allowance: SR 500
Approx. LKR: Rs. 45,000/-
