- نبحث عن مدير مواقف سيارات ذي خبرة للإشراف على عمليات مواقف السيارات عبر مشاريع متعددة، وضمان إدارة فعالة للمواقف، والتحكم في الإيرادات، والتميز التشغيلي، وخدمة عملاء متميزة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات مواقف السيارات اليومية في مواقع متعددة.
- إدارة أنظمة المواقف، والتحكم في الدخول، وتقنيات المواقف (LPR، RFID، الحواجز، أنظمة التذاكر).
- مراقبة إيرادات المواقف وضمان التسوية المالية الدقيقة.
- ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات التشغيلية ومتطلبات العملاء ومعايير السلامة.
- قيادة وإشراف فرق المواقف بما في ذلك المشرفين وأمناء الصندوق والعاملين.
- حل مشكلات العملاء ودفع التحسينات التشغيلية المستمرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة العمليات، أو الهندسة، أو إدارة المرافق، أو إدارة الضيافة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات المواقف، أو إدارة المرافق، أو عمليات النقل، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور إشرافي أو إداري.
- يفضل خبرة في إدارة عمليات مواقف متعددة المواقع.
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات المواقف وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول وإدارة الإيرادات.
- مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل وحل المشكلات.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Parking Manager to oversee parking operations across multiple projects, ensuring efficient parking management, revenue control, operational excellence, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations. Manage parking systems, access control, and parking technologies (LPR, RFID, barriers, ticketing systems). Monitor parking revenue and ensure accurate financial reconciliation. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, client requirements, and safety standards. Lead and supervise parking teams, including supervisors, cashiers, and attendants. Resolve customer issues and drive continuous operational improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Parking Operations, Facility Management, Transportation Operations, or a related field. At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience managing multi-site parking operations is preferred. Strong knowledge of parking technologies, access control systems, and revenue management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
