Position Summary

Mora Finance is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the company's finance function by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure effective financial management.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Develop, implement, and strengthen financial controls and internal control frameworks.

Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.

Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.

Collaborate with executive management and cross-functional teams, including Risk, Operations, and Technology, to improve financial processes and support business growth.

Support product pricing decisions through financial analysis and profitability assessments.

Prepare financial reports and analytical insights for Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of finance policies, procedures, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in developing and maintaining internal controls, compliance procedures, and supporting audit activities.
• Previous experience within the financing, banking, financial services, or fintech sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and other financial management applications.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
