المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة طلبات القروض للتأكد من اكتمالها ودقتها
- التحقق من معلومات مقدم الطلب والمستندات الداعمة
- تقييم الجدارة الائتمانية وفقاً لسياسات الشركة
- التنسيق مع مختصي الاكتتاب والإدارات الأخرى لتسهيل عملية الموافقة
- التواصل مع العملاء لجمع معلومات إضافية وتوضيح تفاصيل الطلب وتقديم التحديثات طوال دورة حياة القرض
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الفيدرالية والولائية والحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة لجميع المعاملات
- المشاركة في تحسين العمليات المستمرة لتعزيز الكفاءة وتجربة العملاء
- مراقبة حالات القروض وإعداد التقارير ودعم إعداد العملاء الجدد
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حد أدنى من شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة سابقة في معالجة القروض أو خدمة العملاء أو الخدمات المالية مرغوب فيها بشدة
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تعدد المهام
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي
- إتقان استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office
- الإلمام ببرامج إدارة القروض
- موقف استباقي وقدرة على حل المشكلات والالتزام بالسرية

About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processing Specialist to join our growing team. Qualifications
