We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Quality Engineer to join our team working on high-voltage transmission line projects—both overhead (OHL) and underground (UG)—as well as substation electrical works across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of all electrical work, including equipment, materials, and workmanship, while verifying compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.


Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Quality Engineer to join our team working on high-voltage transmission line projects—both overhead (OHL) and underground (UG)—as well as substation electrical works across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of all electrical work, including equipment, materials, and workmanship, while verifying compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and assessments for electrical works related to overhead and underground transmission lines.
  
• Oversee quality control of electrical installations and systems within substations.
  
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and project requirements.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
  
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical quality control for OHL/UG and substation projects.
  
• Familiarity with SEC standards and specifications.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, equipment, and quality control practices.
  
• Proven ability to identify and resolve electrical issues effectively.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and engineering software tools.
  
  

Additional Requirements for Non-Citizen Applicants

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago.
  
  

Additional Requirements for Applicants from Saudi Arabia

• Valid Saudi driving license.
  
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
  
• Prior SEC approval or submittal is preferred.
