يسر شركة SPIMACO (الرياض، السعودية) الإعلان عن وظيفة أخصائي إدارة الحسابات العامة والأصول (GL & Assets Management, Specialist) للانضمام إلى فريق الخبراء والمتخصصين، حيث سيساهم في دعم الأهداف التنظيمية والاستراتيجية من خلال المهارات المتخصصة والمشاركة في مشاريع مبتكرة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطبيق المعرفة المتخصصة لدعم الأهداف الاستراتيجية للقسم والمنظمة.
  • المشاركة في تطوير وتنفيذ المشاريع المتخصصة.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق ومشاركة الخبرات.
  • المساهمة في التحسين المستمر للمجال التخصصي.
  • تقديم تقارير عن الأنشطة التخصصية ومدى توافقها مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
  • إدارة عمليات الحسابات العامة (GL) وإدارة الأصول.
  • ضمان الدقة والامتثال في سجلات الحسابات العامة والأصول.
  • مراقبة وتسوية حسابات الحسابات العامة.
  • التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى في أنشطة إدارة الأصول.
  • تقديم الدعم في إعداد القوائم المالية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأصول والمعاملات في الحسابات العامة.
  • المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجيات الحسابات العامة وإدارة الأصول.
  • تنفيذ تحسينات في عمليات الحسابات العامة والأصول.
  • تقديم تقارير عن أنشطة الحسابات العامة وإدارة الأصول.
  • المشاركة في التدريب لتعزيز الخبرة في مجال الحسابات العامة وإدارة الأصول.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب).
  • إجادة اللغة العربية (مفضل).

GL & Assets Management, Specialist - Professionals / Experts

Main Purpose of Job

Utilize specialized skills to bolster departmental and organizational objectives. Engage in strategic projects, imparting expertise to foster innovation and effectiveness.

Strategic Responsibility

  • Apply specialized knowledge to support strategic objectives.
  • Participate in the development and execution of specialized projects.

Functional Responsibility

  • Manage general ledger and asset management processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in GL and asset records.
  • Monitor and reconcile GL accounts.

  • Provide support in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets and GL transactions.
  • Assist in developing GL and asset management strategies.
  • Implement improvements in GL and asset processes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Experience & Language

Experience:0-3 Experience. Language:English - proficient.( Required)Arabic - proficient.( Preferred)
