We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead the on-site construction of high-voltage Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of power sector experience, a strong background in transmission projects, and a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage all on-site construction phases, including Right of Way (ROW) access, route alignment, foundation works, tower erection, conductor stringing, and sagging
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and manage cross-functional teams including project engineers, supervisors, linemen, riggers, and equipment operators
• Resource & Logistics: Coordinate and optimize the use of heavy machinery (e.g., cranes, tensioners, and puller machines) and ensure timely availability of materials
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works strictly adhere to approved Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and client-specific grid standards
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary site representative, liaising with the client/consultant (e.g., SEC), local authorities, and head office to report progress and resolve site constraints
• Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and permit systems, particularly regarding high-risk activities like working at heights and heavy lifting

Qualifications & Experience Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in the power industry, specifically focused on the construction and commissioning of EHV (Extra High Voltage) OHTL projects (132kV, 230kV, or 380kV
• Regional Knowledge: Proven experience delivering projects in the GCC, with prior Saudi Electricity Company approval strongly preferre
• Skills: Expert proficiency in reading technical drawings, excellent decision-making abilities, and strong communication skill
