المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد والتواصل مع أصحاب الأعمال الذين يستفيدون من المنصة
- توليد العملاء المحتملين عبر LinkedIn، البريد الإلكتروني، الاتصال الخارجي، التواصل، الإحالات، الفعاليات، أو أي قنوات أخرى فعالة
- تأهيل الفرص وتركيز الجهود على أعلى احتمالات التحويل
- إدارة مكالمات المبيعات وعرض المنصة بوضوح وإظهار القيمة بطريقة عملية وتجارية
- إغلاق الصفقات وتحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى مشتركين مدفوعين
- إدارة مسار المبيعات من البداية إلى النهاية مع الملكية الكاملة للنشاط والنتائج
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في التنقيب والإغلاق في قطاع الأعمال B2B
- سجل حافل في توليد مسار المبيعات وتحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عملاء مدفوعين
- استقلالية عالية والقدرة على بناء وتنفيذ خطة تواصل خارجي دون إشراف دقيق
- عقلية صياد حقيقية - لا تنتظر العملاء الواردين بل تبحث عن الفرص وتخلقها
- إجادة استخدام أدوات التنقيب مثل LinkedIn Sales Navigator، أدوات البريد الإلكتروني البارد، أدوات الكشط وسير العمل الخارجي
- الثقة في تقديم منتجات SaaS أو التكنولوجيا وشرح القيمة بطريقة بسيطة ومقنعة
- المرونة في التعامل مع الاعتراضات والحفاظ على الزخم بعد الرفض
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى أصلي أو ثنائي اللغة مع الطلاقة اللازمة للاتصال البارد في الأسواق المستهدفة (أمريكا الشمالية، أوروبا، دول الخليج)
- القدرة على تكييف الأسلوب مع ثقافات الأعمال المختلفة وصناع القرار، خاصة المؤسسين والمشغلين وأصحاب الأعمال

Your role: propsect, qualify, close
You will identify and reach out to business owners who would benefit from the platform.
You will generate your own leads through LinkedIn, cold email, outbound calling, networking, referrals, events, or any channels you know how to use effectively.
You will qualify opportunities and focus your energy where conversion potential is highest.
You will run sales calls, present the platform clearly, and demonstrate the value in a way that feels practical and commercially relevant to the prospect.
You will close deals and convert prospects into paying subscribers.
You will manage your pipeline end to end, with full ownership of your activity and results.
This is a fully remote role. You can work from wherever you want, on the schedule that works best for you.
You are both your own business developer and your own closer. You will have full ownership of your sales engine, while working alongside a team that is actively building the commercial function.
Who we're looking for
You have solid experience in B2B prospecting and closing.
You have a proven track record of generating pipeline and converting prospects into paying customers.
You are highly autonomous and know how to build and execute an outbound plan without being micromanaged.
You have a real hunter mindset. You do not wait for inbound leads to fall into your lap but you go out and create opportunities.
You are comfortable using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, shared sales tools, cold email tools, scraping tools, and outbound workflows.
You are confident presenting SaaS or technology products and explaining value in a simple, persuasive way.
You are resilient, handle objections well, and know how to keep momentum after rejection.
You are results-oriented, and your numbers speak for themselves.
You have native or bilingual-level English, with the confidence and fluency needed to cold call prospects professionally across our main target markets: North America, Europe, and the GCC.
You are able to adapt your tone and communication style to different business cultures and decision-makers, especially when speaking with founders, operators, and business owners in international markets.
Bonus points if
You have sold SaaS, martech, hospitality tech, CRM, reputation management, or digital business tools before.
You already have your own network of entrepreneurs, multi-location operators, agencies, or small business decision-makers.
You understand the challenges local businesses face when trying to build trust, generate reviews, and improve visibility online.
You already have a prospecting playbook that works and can be adapted quickly.
Compensation: commission only with recurring upside
Let’s be direct: There is no fixed salary.
We intentionally built this as a high-upside entrepreneurial role. Rather than limiting earnings with a fixed salary, we reward performance through recurring commissions that grow as your client portfolio grows.
You earn commission on every subscription you close.
Each active client you bring in generates recurring commission for up to 12 months from their signup date, provided they remain active throughout that period.
That means each client can contribute recurring commission for a maximum of 12 months.
There is no cap on what you can earn.
Plans typically start at $110/month and can go up to $247/month, depending on the region and market. That means every deal you close has meaningful recurring value, and your income can build month after month as your client base grows.
In practical terms, if you close 10 clients on recurring subscriptions, you continue earning commission on those active accounts each month until they reach their 12-month anniversary. If you add more clients the following month, your recurring income grows with them. This model is designed for closers who want to build a strong book of business and create sustained income over time, rather than rely only on one-off payouts.
The exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
