تعلن شركة Valiant Integrated Services عن حاجتها لمدرب محاكاة طيران (Flight Simulator Instructor) للانضمام إلى فريقها في المنطقة الشرقية، غزلان، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كمدرب مشغل حساسات متعاقد (CIS) لإجراء عمليات المحاكاة والتدريب على الطيران لطائرات MH-60R.
- يشمل التدريب (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر) أنظمة الطائرات وإجراءات التشغيل والتوظيف التكتيكي لطائرات MH-60R، بالإضافة إلى إجراء جلسات الإحاطة قبل وبعد الطيران.
- المساعدة في تدريس وتحديث وصيانة المناهج الدراسية ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك أدلة الدروس الإرشادية للمدربين وسيناريوهات المحاكاة والتدريب القائم على الحاسوب والمحاضرات الصفية، وغيرها من المهام التي يسندها مدرب محاكاة الطيران MH-60R.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- مطلوب تصريح أمني ساري المفعول بمستوى Secret.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاليًا أو سابقًا مشغل حساسات مؤهل لطائرات MH-60R خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية، مع إتمام جولة تشغيلية واحدة على الأقل.
- خبرة واسعة في الطيران ذي الأجنحة الدوارة، مع إجمالي لا يقل عن 1000 ساعة طيران (عسكرية أو مدنية مجتمعة)، منها 800 ساعة على نفس الطراز.
- خبرة سابقة في التدريب (FRS) أو جولة تدريبية مطلوبة، مع تفضيل الحصول على designation SWTI (Seahawk Weapons and Tactics Instructor) كبديل عن الجولة التدريبية الساحلية.
- القدرة على الحصول على جواز سفر أمريكي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على اتباع التعليمات الشفهية والمكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة البدنية على المشي والوقوف والجلوس لفترات طويلة (ساعتان فأكثر)، وصعود درجين من السلالم، وصعود سلالم شبكية مفتوحة للوصول إلى قمرة القيادة، وحمل ونقل 50 رطلاً.
- المظهر المهني في السلوك واللباس طوال الوقت.
- اليقظة الذهنية والتركيز الحاد لفترات طويلة أثناء سيناريوهات التدريب.

Eseential Duties And Responsibilities
- As a CIS (Contract Instructor Sensor Operator) conduct simulator operations and simulator flight training for the MH-60R aircraft.
- This training will include but not limited to aircraft systems, operating procedures, tactical employment of the MH-60R aircraft and to include flight briefs and debriefs.
- The CIS will assist in teaching, updating and maintenance of related curriculum syllabi, which will include but not limited to instructor lesson guides, simulator scenarios, computer-based training, classroom lectures, and other tasks as the CIS MH-60R Flight Simulator Instructor.
- Other duties as assigned.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Secret
Required Qualifications
- A CIS must be, or have been, a qualified MH-60R Sensor Operator within the preceding (5) years, completed at least one operational tour, possess extensive rotary wing experience and have a minimum total of 1000 flying hours in combination of military or civilian flight time, 800 of which must be in model. FRS or instructional tour required, however, SWTI (Seahawk Weapons and Tactics Instructor) designation is highly desired and will suffice in lieu of instructional shore tour.
- Possess the ability to obtain a US passport.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time (2 hours+), be able to climb 2 flights of stairs, to climb open grated ladders for cockpit access, to lift and carry 50 pounds is required.
- Must present a professional appearance in demeanor and dress at all times.
- Requires mental alertness and acute concentration for long periods of time during training scenarios.
