This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Specialist located in Dammam. The Freight Forwarding Specialist will manage daily logistics operations, including overseeing import and export processes, coordinating freight transportation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also involves liaising with clients to provide exceptional customer service, managing documentation, and optimizing freight forwarding solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Strong expertise in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
• Experience with Export operations and processes
• Proven skills in Forwarding and developing effective logistics solutions
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and manage client relationships
• Proficiency in managing shipment documentation and ensuring compliance with customs regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of logistics software and technology tools is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
