We are supporting an international bank in establishing and strengthening its in-country IT capability across the UAE and KSA as part of a wider regional growth strategy. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join a small, growing local IT team and provide hands-on management support during this expansion phase.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, hands-on IT professional to play a key role in helping local operations reach the standards expected of an established regional player, working closely with existing teams and structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Provide general IT management support within a small, agile in-country IT function.
• Scalability & Integration: Support the integration and structuring of IT operations as the business scales across the region.
• Compliance & Standards: Help ensure the local IT setup meets the rigorous operational and regulatory standards expected of an established financial institution.
• Collaboration: Work flexibly and collaboratively within an existing organizational structure.
• Problem Solving: Take a proactive, "roll up your sleeves" approach to daily problem-solving and project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Demonstrated IT experience within the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred.
• Execution Focus: Proven track record of taking a hands-on, delivery-focused approach in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working on-site in a growth-market environment with evolving priorities.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly into an existing international team.
• Language: Fluent written and spoken English is strictly required.
