🚀 We're Hiring | Production Supervisor

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process manufacturing

?We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee production operations, drive quality, and ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes

.Key Responsibilities

:✅ Supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules

.✅ Lead production teams while ensuring compliance with HSE and company procedures

.✅ Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other departments to optimize production performance

.✅ Support new product introductions, testing, commissioning, and continuous process improvements

.✅ Monitor production KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency

.✅ Develop and mentor production technicians to enhance team performance

.Requirements

• :Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• .8-10 years of manufacturing/production experience
• .Minimum 4-6 years in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role
• .Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and HSE
• .Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• .Experience within Water Treatment, Chemical Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Electro-Mechanical, Process Industries, or similar manufacturing environments
