Job Opportunity: Student Recruitment Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Student Recruitment Officers to connect with prospective students and guide them through every step of their enrollment journey toward a rewarding culinary career. In this role, you will primarily engage with prospective students through phone calls and follow-up communications, providing accurate information about ZADK's programs, answering inquiries, and encouraging qualified applicants to enroll. You will build strong relationships with potential students, maintain regular follow-up, and ensure a positive recruitment experience from the first contact through to enrollment. You will also support recruitment campaigns, participate in education and career events when required, and work closely with the Business Development team to achieve student enrollment targets.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact by helping future chefs begin their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrollment & Pipeline Management: Execute the student recruitment plan. Follow up with prospective leads, conduct first-level eligibility interviews, and prepare applicant assessment reports for the Admissions Committee.
• Outreach & School Visits: Organize and conduct presentations at schools, universities, and training centers across various regions.
• Events & Representation: Represent ZADK at educational fairs, career events, and open days to drive on-the-ground lead generation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with external entities to support sponsored pathways and student employment pipelines.
• Marketing Liaison & CRM: Feed on-the-ground market insights to the marketing team to support campaign planning. Maintain and update all applicant data accurately within the CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in academic admissions, corporate recruitment, sales, or public relations.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be highly persuasive and customer-centric.
• Attributes: Proactive team player with a passion for youth development and the culinary/hospitality industry.
• Tools: Comfortable working with CRM software, database tracking, and communication tools.
