We are currently seeking a Proposal Engineer - Structural Engineering to join our growing team and support pre-contract and tendering operations within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for structural engineering and construction tenders.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements to ensure full compliance.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, planning, and procurement teams during bid preparation.
• Develop method statements, technical submissions, and proposal documentation.
• Participate in cost optimization and value engineering initiatives during tender stages.
• Prepare bid clarifications and respond to client technical queries.
• Support management in bid strategy development and risk assessment.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals aligned with company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in proposal or tendering roles within construction or contracting companies.
• Strong background in structural engineering projects (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred).
• Solid understanding of structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals and tender documentation.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/ERP systems.
