تعلن مجموعة شلهوب (Chalhoub Group) عبر برنامج تمهير عن توفر فرصة تدريب إداري (Admin Trainee) في مكتبها الرئيسي بجدة، لخريجي الجامعات حديثاً الراغبين في اكتساب خبرة عملية في إدارة المرافق والعمليات الإدارية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية التي ينفذها مقدمو الخدمات الفنية.
  • المساعدة في مراقبة عمليات المرافق لضمان إنجاز أنشطة الصيانة وفقاً لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs).
  • المشاركة في مشاريع الصيانة والإصلاح الرئيسية تحت إشراف فريق المرافق.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة للمتاجر والمكاتب والمستودعات لمراقبة حالة المرافق وجودة الخدمة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد تقارير حالة المرافق وتحديد احتياجات الصيانة أو مجالات التحسين.
  • دعم مراجعة تقارير الصيانة وتقارير دورة حياة الأصول ولوحات الأداء.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية (الإدارة، المشاريع، التشغيل، فرق التجزئة) لدعم أنشطة المرافق اليومية.
  • الحفاظ على التواصل الفعال مع الملاك، إدارة المراكز التجارية، المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان سلاسة العمليات والامتثال لمعايير السلامة.
  • ضمان تحديث التوثيق وسجلات الصيانة والتقارير بدقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خريج حديث مؤهل للالتحاق ببرنامج تمهير.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وWord وPowerPoint.

What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Facilities Management Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, and technical support across retail stores, offices, and warehouses. The trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge in facilities management while supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admin Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, and technical support across retail stores, offices, and warehouses. The trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge in facilities management while supporting the smooth operation of our business.

  • Support the coordination and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by technical service providers.
  • Assist in monitoring facilities operations to ensure maintenance activities are completed according to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in major maintenance and repair projects under the guidance of the Facilities team.
  • Conduct regular site visits to retail stores, offices, and warehouses to monitor facility conditions and service quality.
  • Assist in preparing facility condition reports and identify maintenance needs or areas for improvement.
  • Support the review of maintenance reports, asset lifecycle reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Administration, Projects, Operations and Retail teams to support day-to-day facilities activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with landlords, mall management, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations and compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure documentation, maintenance records, and reports are updated accurately.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate eligible for the Tamheer Program.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
