نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك مدير منتج لمحفظة الأمراض النادرة في المملكة العربية السعودية، ستتولى مسؤولية وضع استراتيجية التسويق المحلية لمجالات الهيموفيليا واضطرابات النزيف النادرة واضطرابات النمو. ستحول الرؤى إلى إجراءات ملموسة، وتشكل كيفية إطلاق المنتجات والتواصل معها وتنميتها في واحدة من أكثر أسواق الرعاية الصحية ديناميكية في المنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة استراتيجية العلامة التجارية السنوية والطويلة الأجل للمنتجات تحت مسؤوليتك، بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانية وإدارتها لتعظيم العائد على الاستثمار.
- إعداد السوق السعودي لإطلاق مؤشرات علاجية ومنتجات جديدة، وضمان الجاهزية التنظيمية الكاملة للتقديم العالمي للمنتجات الاستراتيجية.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق المحلية لتحديد الاتجاهات وتقييم الوضع التنافسي وتكييف استراتيجية المنتج مع احتياجات المرضى المحليين.
- التواصل مع خطط التسويق والحملات إلى قوة المبيعات، وتقديم التدريب والدعم التحفيزي والتغذية الراجعة في الوقت المناسب حول التنفيذ الميداني.
- تحديد وتطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين (KOLs) ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية وجمعيات المرضى، وتمثيل الشركة في المؤتمرات واللقاءات الصناعية.
- بناء شراكات استراتيجية مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف (المبيعات، الطب، الوصول للسوق، الشؤون التنظيمية، المالية، شؤون الموظفين) وإدارة الوكالات الخارجية لضمان تنفيذ الحملات بشكل متميز.
- المساهمة في تخطيط استراتيجية المحفظة المحلية وضمان الامتثال الكامل لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للسلامة واليقظة الدوائية في الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الصيدلة أو علوم الحياة أو الطب أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يُفضل وجود مؤهل دراسات عليا في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة المنتجات أو التسويق في صناعة الأدوية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مجال الرعاية المتخصصة أو الأمراض النادرة أو مجال علاجي مماثل.
- سجل حافل في بناء استراتيجيات العلامات التجارية وإطلاق المنتجات وتحقيق نتائج تجارية قابلة للقياس.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً؛ وتُعد اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.
- الجنسية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مع قدرة مثبتة على التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والطب والشؤون التنظيمية والوصول للسوق والشركاء الخارجيين بما في ذلك قادة الرأي والوكالات.

Your new role
As Product Manager for our Rare Disease portfolio in KSA, you will own the local marketing strategy across Haemophilia, Rare Bleeding Disorders and Growth Disorders. You'll turn insight into action - shaping how we launch, communicate and grow in one of the region's most dynamic healthcare markets.
Day-to-day, Your Tasks Will Include
As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Covering 194 countries and 95% of the world's population, more than 18,000 of us work passionately to serve 35 million patients each day. You'll join the Rare Disease Business Unit in our Saudi Arabia affiliate - a close-knit, cross-functional team on a mission to expand access to treatment for patients living with Haemophilia, Rare Bleeding Disorders and Growth Disorders. Working closely with the KSA Management Team, regional and global colleagues, you'll help set the direction for how our rare disease portfolio grows and thrives in the Kingdom.

Your new role
As Product Manager for our Rare Disease portfolio in KSA, you will own the local marketing strategy across Haemophilia, Rare Bleeding Disorders and Growth Disorders. You'll turn insight into action - shaping how we launch, communicate and grow in one of the region's most dynamic healthcare markets.
Day-to-day, Your Tasks Will Include
- Developing, implementing and monitoring the annual and long-term brand strategy for products under your responsibility, including budget proposal and management to maximise return on investment.
- Preparing the Saudi market for new indications and product launches, ensuring full organisational readiness for world-class introductions of strategic products.
- Conducting local market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning and adapt product strategy to local patient needs.
- Communicating marketing plans and campaigns to the sales force, providing training, motivational support and timely feedback on field execution.
- Identifying, developing and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs and patient associations, and representing Novo Nordisk at congresses and industry meetings.
- Building strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, MAPA, Regulatory, Finance, CE, P&O) and managing external agencies to ensure outstanding campaign execution.
- Contributing to local portfolio strategy planning and ensuring full compliance with Novo Nordisk's safety and pharmacovigilance SOPs.

Your Skills & Qualifications
We're looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You'll bring with you:
- A university degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in marketing or business is an advantage.
- Solid product management or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within specialty care, rare diseases or a comparable therapy area.
- A strong track record of building brand strategies, launching products and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and external partners including KOLs and agencies.
- A competitive, solution-oriented mindset with strong multi-project management skills and the ability to turn insight into impactful field execution.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Saudi National.
