Role Description The مسؤول مبيعات الشركات (Corporate Sales Officer) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for identifying and developing corporate client relationships, conducting sales visits and presentations, and promoting Amber Hospitality’s accommodations and services to business accounts. The Corporate Sales Officer will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate sales records, attending networking events, and working toward revenue and occupancy targets. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments to support promotional campaigns, corporate packages, and long-stay agreements.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term corporate client relationships.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and professional business correspondence.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including managing pipelines, preparing reports, and using CRM or sales tools.
- Understanding of Channel Sales and working with corporate travel agencies, partners, and distribution channels.
- Previous experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or related service industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple accounts, and meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English; strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
