المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تنظيم وكتابة وإنتاج الرسائل المهنية والملخصات والتقارير والمحاضر وغيرها باستخدام برامج Microsoft Office مثل Word وAccess وExcel.
- مراجعة المستندات للتأكد من صحة القواعد النحوية والإملائية وعلامات الترقيم.
- المساعدة في إعداد عروض تقديمية للتدريب والقدرات باستخدام PowerPoint.
- إنشاء ملفات احترافية لتوزيعها على العملاء.
- المساعدة في إعداد النظرات العامة للشركة.
- إجراء البحوث وتلخيص المقالات حول الشركات أو المنتجات.
- المساعدة في إدخال البيانات والترتيب وتغطية مكتب الاستقبال والهاتف.
- المساعدة في أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها المشرف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عمل سابقة ذات صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجالات الصحة المساعدة مثل التمريض أو الصيدلة أو العلوم الطبيعية.

What You'll Do:
Assist in organizing, composing, and producing professional letters, summaries, reports, minutes, etc, using Microsoft Office software including Word, Access, and Excel
Proofread documents ensuring grammar, spelling, and punctuation are correct
Assist in developing capability and training presentations using PowerPoint
Create professional binders for distribution to clients
Assist in developing corporate overviews
Perform research and summarize articles on companies or products
Assist in data entry, filing, and front desk / phone coverage
Assist with any other duties as assigned by supervisor
What You'll Bring:
Previous related work experience
Bachelor’s degree in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy, or natural science
