Help AG، إحدى شركات e& enterprise، تبحث عن فني تقنية معلومات (IT Technician) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، لدعم العمليات التقنية في الموقع والمساعدة في تركيب وصيانة الأجهزة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء مسوحات ميدانية للمواقع وتوثيق كامل جرد الأجهزة (اسم الجهاز، عنوان IP، النوع، إصدار نظام التشغيل، والوظيفة).
  • المساعدة في تجهيز وتركيب المعدات التقنية المادية (الشبكات، الخوادم، إلخ) بما في ذلك التركيب بالرفوف، التوصيلات، التوصيل الكهربائي، ووضع العلامات.
  • تنفيذ التوصيلات الكبلية، ووضع العلامات، وإدارة التوصيلات داخل الخزانات المخصصة.
  • دعم تركيب وتهيئة المعدات التقنية ووكلاء الأمان الأساسيين تحت إشراف مهندسي تقنية المعلومات.
  • المشاركة في الاختبارات الوظيفية والمساعدة في التحقق من جاهزية الموقع وأدائه.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق كل موقع وضمان دقته واتساقه.
  • الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والامتثال أثناء جميع الأنشطة الميدانية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، هندسة الحاسوب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة في دعم تقنية المعلومات، الخدمات الميدانية، أو تركيب الأنظمة.
  • خبرة أو شهادة في الوصول إلى مواقع الطاقة.
  • شهادة السلامة والصحة في المواقع الحيوية (يفضل بشدة).
  • خبرة عملية في تركيب الخوادم ومعدات الشبكات.
  • فهم أساسي لأنظمة التشغيل والمحاكاة الافتراضية.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
  • القدرة على السفر بشكل متكرر إلى مواقع مختلفة.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل الجماعي.
  • اللغة العربية مفضلة.

Help AG is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Technician who will support on-site IT operations and assists with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance. This role focuses on field activities such as conducting surveys, setting up servers and network devices, performing cabling and labeling, and assisting engineers during deployment and testing phases.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct location site surveys, documenting complete device inventories (device name, IP address, type, OS version, and function).
  • Assist with physical IT equipment (network, server…etc.) preparation and installation, including rack mounting, cabling, power connection, and labeling.
  • Perform cabling, labeling, and patch management within designated cabinets.
  • Support installation and basic configuration of IT equipment and security agents under the guidance of IT Engineers.
  • Participate in functional testing and help validate site readiness and performance.
  • Maintain documentation for each site, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and compliance standards during all site activities.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, field services, or system installation.
  • Experience or certified to access energy sites.
  • Safety and health certification on critical sites is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with server and network hardware setup.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems and virtualization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various sites.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Arabic language is preferred.
