We are hiring: Founding Medical Director & Head of Home Healthcare Operations

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are establishing a premium home healthcare company in Jeddah and are seeking an entrepreneurial physician to help build, operate, and lead the business from the ground up.

This is not a traditional physician role. The successful candidate will serve as the company’s founding clinical leader, responsible for building the medical model, clinical governance, operating systems, quality standards, regulatory readiness, and multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish clinical services, protocols, care pathways, and SOPs

* Lead medical licensing readiness and regulatory compliance

* Build and manage the clinical team, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers

* Oversee home visits, chronic care, elderly care, post-operative care, rehabilitation, nursing care, and related services

* Implement clinical governance, patient safety, infection control, documentation, and quality systems

* Develop KPIs for clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, productivity, and operational performance

* Support EMR, telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and digital healthcare implementation

* Represent the company with hospitals, insurers, physicians, corporate clients, and strategic partners

* Support business planning, pricing, service development, budgeting, and future expansion

Required Qualifications:

* Medical Degree: MBBS / MD or equivalent

* Valid SCFHS registration or eligibility for registration in Saudi Arabia

* Minimum 10 years of clinical experience

* Minimum 5 years of leadership, management, or healthcare operations experience

* Strong knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, quality management, and healthcare operations

* Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills

Preferred Background:

* Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Community Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation Medicine, or similar

* Previous experience in home healthcare, primary care, hospital administration, long-term care, or healthcare start-ups

* Experience with licensing, accreditation, SOP development, clinical audits, or healthcare business establishment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a physician with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, operational discipline, and a passion for building a high-quality patient-centered healthcare company.

The role is expected to be approximately 70% leadership, operations, and business building, and 30% clinical oversight and selected direct patient care.
