About Us

Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is an international contemporary art gallery headquartered in Dubai, collaborating with internationally recognised artists, collectors, museums and cultural institutions across Europe, the Middle East and international markets.

As part of our continued expansion in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, we are seeking an experienced Gallery Development Manager to support the Gallery's commercial growth, strengthen strategic relationships and contribute to the successful delivery of international cultural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with collectors, artists, galleries and cultural institutions.

• Identify new business development opportunities and strategic collaborations.

• Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions and international art fairs.

• Build relationships with museums, luxury brands and private collectors.

• Represent the Gallery at networking events and cultural initiatives.

• Coordinate strategic projects directly with the Founder & CEO.

• Support the Gallery's expansion across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Arts, Business, Cultural Management, Marketing or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in galleries, museums, auction houses, luxury brands or cultural institutions.

• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Fluent English is required.

• Arabic is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

• Availability for frequent regional and international travel.
