نبذة عن الوظيفة
- طيران الرياض هي الناقلة الوطنية الجديدة المقرها الرياض، تهدف إلى قيادة صناعة الطيران وتحويل السعودية إلى مركز عالمي للتجارة والنقل من خلال ربط المملكة بأكثر من 100 وجهة.
- كونك جزءاً من طاقم المقصورة في طيران الرياض يتجاوز المهنة؛ إنه تمثيل المملكة بكل رحلة وعرض كرم الضيافة السعودي الأصيل (Hafawa).
- المرونة جزء أساسي من الدور، مع موازنة بين المغامرات العالمية ووقت خاص في الوطن، مما يتيح لك النمو الشخصي أثناء استكشاف تجارب جديدة حول العالم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة ممتازة للركاب مع ضمان سلامتهم وراحتهم طوال الرحلة.
- إظهار دفء الضيافة السعودية (Hafawa) من خلال التعامل اللطيف والتواصل الإيجابي.
- تمثيل طيران الرياض كوجهة للناقلة في كل وجهة، مع التركيز على الدقة والهدف.
- التعاون مع فريق المقصورة لتحقيق تجربة سفر آمنة ولا تُنسى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- العمر لا يقل عن 21 عاماً.
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو مؤهل أعلى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في قطاع الضيافة أو في وظائف تتطلب تعاملاً مباشراً مع العملاء.
- الطول لا يقل عن 160 سم ومدى الذراع (من أطراف الأصابع) 212 سم.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (ضرورية)، مع الترحيب بإتقان أي لغات أخرى.
- مهارات سباحة قوية والقدرة على استخدام وسائل الطفو.
- مظهر مهني دون وجود وشوم أو ثقوب ظاهرة عند ارتداء الزي الرسمي.
- القدرة على استيفاء متطلبات تأشيرة العمل السعودية والانتقال إلى الرياض (مكان العمل).

- مهارات تواصل طبيعية مع شغف بتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة وضمان سلامة الركاب.
- شخصية مبتسمة قادرة على نشر أجواء Hafawa مع الحفاظ على الأمان.
- روح المغامرة والعمل الجماعي، والاستعداد لتمثيل طيران الرياض وخوض تجارب جديدة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بمعايير السلامة من الإقلاع إلى الهبوط.

✔ Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to join our crew.
✔ Education: A high school certificate or higher is required .
✔ Customer service experience: At least one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
✔ Height & Reach: At least 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm.
✔ Language: Fluent English is essential , and welcome skills in all other languages .
✔ Swimming skills: You must be a confident swimmer and able to use flotation devices.
✔ Professional appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings in uniform .
✔ Visa & relocation: You must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh, your new home.
