تعلن شركة Lalamove عن توفر وظيفة مدير مبيعات في الرياض، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن قائد لتحفيز فريق من مندوبي المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف الفردية والجماعية، وبناء علاقات عمل متميزة مع العملاء الجدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتحفيز فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة والعمل معهم لوضعها ومتابعتها.
- تحليل أرقام المبيعات لتحديد نقاط الضعف في النظام ورفع التقارير للإدارة.
- بناء وتطوير عملية البيع لزيادة فعالية فريق المبيعات.
- البحث عن العملاء المحتملين وتأهيلهم، وبناء العلاقات، ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة.
- تطبيق مفاهيم البيع الاستشاري في سياق تقديم الخدمة، ونقل المعرفة للفريق لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإدارة المبيعات (يفضل خبرة في الشركات الناشئة أو مجال الخدمات اللوجستية).
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، المالية، أو تخصص ذي صلة من مؤسسة مرموقة.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات، العرض، والتفاوض.
- الاستعداد لتحمل المسؤولية والعمل الميداني.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية لتحفيز الفريق وإدارة الأداء.
- مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير متقدمة.
- خبرة واسعة في البيع وتنمية الأعمال.
- مهارات إدارية تشمل البيع الاستشاري وتوجيه الفريق.
- مهارات ممتازة في العرض والتواصل.
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) (ميزة إضافية).

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed team and individual goals. Your job is to build a high achieving sales team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove’s services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

What We Seek
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate your team, work with them to set and meet sales goals. You will be in charge of managing, hiring and motivating the team to strive for success.
- Analytical and Reporting Skills: You will take the sales numbers, analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, and report these to management. You will also be in charge of building the sales process to further increase the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Salesmanship: Must have vast experience in sales and know how to prospect and qualify leads, build relationships and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Managerial Skills: You must know the concepts of consultative selling in the context of selling a service and know how to pass on your knowledge to your team to hit team input and output KPIs.
- Minimum 5 years relevant sales managerial working experience (Startup or logistics industry is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree Business, Finance or related discipline from a reputable institution
- Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take accountability
- Must have excellent presentation and communications skills and be fluent in English
- Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus
