We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to manage leads through follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries from customers. Major responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis to record inbound opportunities pipeline with requested customer deadline. Regular interaction with Sales Manager for assigning the opportunities to Customer Service Executives based on enquiry.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional response and follow-up.
- Actively managing leads & new sales opportunities and managing the database for reporting periodically.
- Developing basic knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Assist to create standard formats & templates for high quality & consistent response to customers in short time
- Assist in maintaining customer reference lists and success stories as per guidance from Sales Manager.
- Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
- First contact to guide customers on basic product selection based on their needs and handover to assigned CSE for further action.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

- Proficiency in MS office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management.
- 1-2 years of work experience in sales coordination
