Role Description The Coffee Maker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh at one of Elite Hospitality’s premium venues. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages, following brand standards and recipes to ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee machines and related equipment, maintaining clean and organized workstations, managing inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. The Coffee Maker will interact directly with guests, take and customize orders, provide product recommendations, and handle transactions as needed. The role also includes coordinating with colleagues and supervisors, supporting overall service operations during peak hours, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications

• Strong coffee preparation and barista skills, including experience with espresso machines, grinders, milk steaming, and beverage customization.
• Knowledge of coffee types, roasting profiles, brewing methods, and basic food and beverage standards.
• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage courteously with guests and manage orders efficiently.
• Attention to detail and quality control skills to ensure consistent taste, presentation, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, stand for extended periods, and manage fast-paced service during busy shifts.
• Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, or restaurants is preferred; barista training or certification is an advantage.
• Basic numeracy for handling transactions and inventory, and the ability to follow instructions and operational procedures reliably.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the venue’s operating schedule.
