تسعى شركة Signature Marketing Concepts، بالتعاون مع عميلها في قطاع اللياقة والعافية، إلى توظيف محلل أداء أعمال وتخطيط مالي (FP&A & Business Performance Analyst) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وإدارة النماذج المالية والتوقعات والميزانيات السنوية.
- مراقبة وتحسين التدفق النقدي وتخصيص رأس المال.
- تقييم السيناريوهات التجارية وجدوى الاستثمار.
- تحديد وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) المالية والتشغيلية لقياس النمو والكفاءة.
- تحليل معدل التراجع (Churn Rate)، تكلفة اكتساب العميل (CAC)، متوسط الإيرادات لكل مستخدم (ARPU)، القيمة الدائمة (LTV)، معدلات التحويل، ومعدلات إشغال الصالات الرياضية.
- إجراء تحليل المجموعات (Cohort Analysis) لفهم سلوك العملاء واتجاهات الاحتفاظ بهم.
- تحليل التكاليف الثابتة والمتغيرة لتحديد فرص توفير التكاليف.
- مقارنة الأداء المالي عبر الفروع وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
- تطوير استراتيجيات لزيادة الإيرادات بناءً على رؤى مستندة إلى البيانات.
- بناء وصيانة لوحات معلومات (Dashboards) فورية لتتبع الأداء المالي والتشغيلي.
- تقديم تقارير شهرية وربع سنوية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- عرض البيانات المعقدة بشكل واضح وقابل للتنفيذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- من 3 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في FP&A أو تحليل الأعمال أو تحليل البيانات.
- خبرة سابقة في قطاعات سريعة الوتيرة مثل اللياقة البدنية، التجزئة، SaaS، الأعمال القائمة على الاشتراكات، أو الامتياز التجاري.
- فهم قوي لنماذج الاشتراكات والمقاييس الرئيسية (التراجع، القيمة الدائمة، تكلفة الاكتساب، الإيرادات الشهرية المتكررة، تحليل المجموعات).
- إجادة استخدام Excel/Google Sheets، Power BI، Looker Studio؛ ومعرفة SQL ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في النمذجة المالية وإدارة التدفق النقدي والتنبؤات التجارية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تفكير تحليلي قوي وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على تحويل البيانات إلى رؤى تجارية قابلة للتنفيذ.
- الاستقلالية والمبادرة، مع القدرة على العمل عن كثب مع القيادة.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض تقديمي ممتازة لسرد القصص باستخدام البيانات.

Our focus is on leveraging financial and operational insights to optimize performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making. As we expand, we are seeking an FP&A & Business Performance Analyst to drive financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis.
The FP&A & Business Performance Analyst will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. This position focuses on analyzing key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring cash flow stability, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. Key areas of focus include budget forecasting, cost analysis, Churn Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rate, Lifetime Value (LTV), profitability per location, and revenue optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow and capital allocation.
- Assess business scenarios and investment feasibility.
- Define and track financial and operational KPIs to measure growth and efficiency.
- Analyze churn rate, CAC, ARPU, LTV, conversion rates, and gym occupancy rates.
- Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior trends and retention drivers.
- Analyze fixed and variable costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Compare financial performance across locations and recommend improvements.
- Develop revenue-enhancement strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards for financial and operational performance tracking.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Present complex data in a clear and actionable format.
Experience & Technical Skills:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
- Background in fast-paced industries (fitness, retail, SaaS, subscription-based businesses, franchises).
- Strong understanding of subscription models and key metrics (churn, LTV, CAC, MRR, cohort analysis).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio; SQL is a plus.
- Experience in financial modeling, cash flow management, and business forecasting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Autonomous and proactive, able to work closely with leadership.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for data storytelling.
