Role Description The Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar. The Instructor will design and deliver training programs, courses, and workshops that align with organizational goals and participant needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and instructional materials, teaching classes, facilitating discussions and activities, and assessing learner progress through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations. The Instructor will provide feedback and support to learners, maintain accurate training records, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to update curricula and improve training effectiveness. The role also involves staying current with best practices in education and the subject matter, contributing to program development, and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions, courses, or workshops.
• Strong skills in classroom management, learner assessment, and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to use educational technologies, presentation tools, and learning management systems effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a relevant field; advanced certifications in instruction or facilitation are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a teaching, training, or instructor role, preferably in a corporate or vocational setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple classes or programs.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and continuous professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, subject matter experts, and management to align training with business needs.
