المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم رعاية مباشرة للمرضى تشمل التقييم والتخطيط والتنفيذ والتقييم للتدخلات التمريضية وفقًا للمعايير السريرية وسياسات المنشأة.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات ومراقبة العلامات الحيوية والحفاظ على توثيق سريري دقيق.
- التعاون مع الأطباء والفرق متعددة التخصصات لدعم نتائج المرضى.
- تثقيف المرضى وأسرهم حول خطط العلاج وتعزيز ممارسات مكافحة العدوى والسلامة.
- المشاركة في أنشطة تحسين الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة تمريض سارية المفعول وصالحة للعمل كممرض مسجل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في التمريض من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل في بيئة سريرية سريعة الخطى وحضورية وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
- الاستعداد للمشاركة في التطوير المهني المستمر، بما في ذلك التحضير لامتحانات التراخيص التمريضية الخليجية.
- خبرة سابقة في الرعاية الحادة أو المستشفى في أقسام الجراحة العامة أو الطوارئ أو العناية الحرجة (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات سريرية قوية في تقييم المرضى وإعطاء الأدوية وتخطيط الرعاية.

Role Description:
The Registered Nurse role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with clinical standards and facility policies. Daily responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes. The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, promote infection control and safety practices, and participate in quality improvement activities. The role may also involve mentoring junior staff and supporting orientation for nurses preparing for licensure exams.
