المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش السلامة ومراقبة الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للحد منها.
- تقديم جلسات تدريبية حول السلامة وإعداد محاضرات توعوية (toolbox talks).
- تحديث إجراءات السلامة وضمان الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الوقاية الشخصية وأجهزة السلامة.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة، وإعداد التقارير، ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات سلامة مهنية مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو OSHA (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة سابقة في بيئات البناء أو الصناعة أو تشغيل المرافق (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ الصحة والسلامة وأنظمة السلامة المهنية وأفضل الممارسات.
- خبرة في تدريب السلامة (تطوير وتقديم جلسات توعوية).
- خلفية في هندسة السلامة (تحديد المخاطر، تقييم المخاطر، تطبيق إجراءات التحكم).

Role Description The Safety Supervisor/Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for overseeing and promoting safe work practices across assigned projects and facilities. Daily tasks include conducting safety inspections, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and identifying potential hazards. The role involves delivering safety training sessions, updating safety procedures, and ensuring that personal protective equipment and safety devices are properly used and maintained. The Safety Supervisor/Officer will investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and support corrective and preventive actions to reduce risk. Collaboration with project managers, site supervisors, and workers is essential to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

- Practical experience in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret safety regulations, company policies, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams.
- Attention to detail, proactive approach to risk prevention, and ability to work independently on site.
- Previous experience in construction, industrial, or facilities operation environments is an advantage.
