Role Description The Storekeeper role is a full-time, on-site position based in Eastern Region. The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment, ensuring that all items are accurately checked against delivery documents. Daily tasks include managing inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and arranging packing, labeling, and storage of materials in an orderly and safe manner. The role involves coordinating with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing projects, and preparing regular stock reports and documentation. The Storekeeper also maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the store area, operates material handling equipment where required, and supports periodic stock audits and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock records and ensure material availability.
• Candidates should possess skills in Unloading and Supervise Forklift Operation to safely receive, move, and store materials and equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare materials for storage and dispatch in an organized and damage-free manner.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and adherence to safety procedures are required.
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse operations, preferably in construction or industrial environments, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site Eastern Region, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle physical tasks related to material handling.
