Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees planning, execution, and review of financial and operational audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies. The Audit Manager will lead audit teams, allocate assignments, supervise fieldwork, and provide coaching and guidance to team members. Daily responsibilities include assessing internal controls, analyzing financial data, identifying risks, preparing audit reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to management and clients. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, contributing to continuous improvement of audit methodologies, and supporting the development of best practices within the firm.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills relevant to audit and advisory work.
• Candidates should possess solid expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits, including planning, testing, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, SOCPA or equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience in audit management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication, with proficiency in audit software and MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under deadlines in a client-focused environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with Saudi regulations and standards are advantageous.
