• Position Title: Lifting AP (Assistant Personnel) Work Location: Steel Structure Construction Site (based on project assignment) Vacancies: Multiple

• Assist with steel structure lifting operations, including rigging arrangement, checking lifting tools, and supporting on‑site signaling.
• Cooperate with the lifting supervisor to ensure all lifting activities follow safety standards and project procedures.
• Provide basic support during component alignment, temporary fixing, and other lifting‑related tasks.
• Report any abnormal situations on site promptly and maintain safe working conditions.
• Follow all project safety rules and maintain good discipline at the work site.

• Valid lifting‑related qualification certificate (e.g., rigger/signalman certificate).
• Basic on‑site experience in lifting or steel structure work (around 1 year is sufficient).
• Understanding of fundamental lifting safety requirements and workflow.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.
• Responsible, cooperative, and able to work well within a team.

• Experience in large steel structure projects.
• Ability to read simple drawings or understand component numbering.
• Additional certificates (e.g., working at height).

• Salary negotiable based on experience and certificates.
• Accommodation, transportation, and PPE provided by the project.
• Overtime allowance and safety incentives according to project policy.
