Role Description: As a Chapter Leader, you will have the autonomy to build and manage your own chapter in your respective city, directly advancing our mission to provide equitable educational access.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate volunteers and coordinate student-led initiatives.
• Relevant experience in youth organizations, education-focused nonprofits, or community engagement is beneficial.
• Communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with students, educators, partners, and community members.
• Commitment to equity and inclusion, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and experiences.
