About The Role

Are you a technically minded analytics professional who’s passionate about enabling data‑driven decisions through precise tracking and implementation?

Yours will be a role that leads all reporting and analytics across RX digital ecosystem to ensure complete, consistent, and accurate tracking of user interactions, enabling insight‑driven optimization of guest journeys, performance measurement, and campaign effectiveness.

Moreover, you will champion customer and data-centric culture, leveraging advanced platforms like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Contentsquare .

You'll work closely with Digital Delivery teams, Product Owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data driven decision- making.

Critically, you will be responsible to support the implementation team by validating key digital events, identifying discrepancies, and flagging potential data gaps to ensure accurate data capture.

Beyond reporting, you’ll explore automation opportunities and scaling frameworks to future‑proof RX analytics infrastructure.

Drive innovation that matters, help us deliver smarter, more personalised customer experiences at scale.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 6 year's experience in digital analytics and performance reporting.

You'll have experience working across complex web and app environments, event-level tracking, dataLayer structures, and comprehensive digital analytics frameworks.

Importantly, you are proficient in digital analytics platforms, including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Contentsquare, and other web/app analytics solutions.
