About the Role

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is hiring an Electrical Technician - Low Voltage (LV) to support facility operation and maintenance projects. The role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and testing low voltage electrical systems below 500V, including electrical wiring networks, distribution panels, LV switchgear, motor starter panels, control panels, lighting systems, and related electrical components.

This position is ideal for a skilled Saudi electrical technician with hands-on experience in building facilities, operation and maintenance, facility management, electrical troubleshooting, and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and trace faults in LV electrical wiring networks.
• Maintain and repair lighting fixtures, street lighting, wiring systems, and other LV electrical components.
• Work on LV electrical panels, control boards, switchgear, motor starter panels, and distribution panels.
• Read, trace, and apply electrical drawings during maintenance and installation activities.
• Test and support commissioning of low voltage electrical installations.
• Use standard electrical tools, power hand tools, and testing instruments safely and effectively.
• Conduct inspections on electrical connections, wiring, panels, switchgear, and electrical equipment.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities across facility management projects.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and clear communication with supervisors and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Recognized diploma in Electrical Technology, Electricity, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for candidates holding a 3-year technical diploma.
• Experience in low voltage electrical systems, wiring, panels, switchgear, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to read and apply electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work under supervision, and handle multiple maintenance tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Facility Management, O&M, or building facilities maintenance.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, lighting systems, control panels, and distribution panels.
• Ability to pass an electrical wiring principles test or trade test.
• Good organizational skills and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to support team members and transfer technical knowledge when required.
