مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث بالرياض يعلن عن توفر وظيفة استشاري أمراض الدم (Hematopathology).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية تشخيص وعلاج الأمراض والحالات الطبية، وتقديم الرعاية الطبية في مجال أمراض الدم (Hematopathology)، وذلك وفقاً للوائح الطبية الحالية والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة في المستشفى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم رعاية عالية الجودة للمرضى في جميع جوانب أمراض الدم وفقاً للصلاحيات السريرية المعتمدة.
  • تقديم الاستشارات (للمرضى الداخليين وطوارئ) عند الطلب والاستجابة في الوقت المحدد وفقاً لسياسة المستشفى.
  • إكمال السجلات الطبية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد وبشكل مقروء.
  • توفير خدمة المناوبات وضمان التوفر والاستجابة ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد وفقاً لسياسة المستشفى.
  • إجراء الجولات الصباحية اليومية لتحديد المرضى المستعدين للتحويل/الخروج، وضمان كتابة أوامر التحويل/الخروج قبل 24 ساعة.
  • أداء أي مسؤوليات سريرية أخرى ذات صلة بالتخصص حسب التكليف.
  • تقديم التوجيه والتدريب السريري والإشراف على الموظفين الأصغر سناً حسب التكليف.
  • المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية للقسم وبرامجه التدريبية، والمشاركة في المؤتمرات الطبية المحلية والعالمية.
  • الحفاظ على المعرفة المهنية ومتطلبات التعليم المستمر.
  • المشاركة في مشاريع البحث السريري والأساسي والترجمة وفقاً لسياسة مجلس البحوث الاستشاري لتعزيز المعرفة وتحسين جودة التعليم العالي والمساهمة في الاعتراف المحلي والدولي بالمستشفى.
  • الاضطلاع بالمهام الإدارية التي يكلف بها رئيس القسم أو رئيس الشعبة.
  • المشاركة في جميع أنشطة القسم الإلزامية والعمل في لجان المستشفى والإدارات والوظائف الإدارية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
  • مساعدة القسم في تطوير وتنفيذ التقنيات والممارسات التي تساعد في تعظيم استخدام الموارد داخل القسم وفي جميع أنحاء المستشفى.
  • الالتزام بلوائح وسياسات المستشفى الحالية وجميع القواعد واللوائح ذات الصلة، ومتابعة أي تغييرات.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات المستشفى ذات الصلة.
  • أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب التكليف.
  • المشاركة في تعليم وتدريب وتطوير الذات والآخرين حسب الاقتضاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • التخرج من كلية طب معتمدة، وإتمام فترة التدريب المطلوبة في التخصص و/أو التخصص الدقيق، مع الحصول على شهادة البورد العربي أو الأمريكي، أو العضوية و/أو الزمالة في المملكة المتحدة و/أو كندا أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سبع (7) سنوات في التدريب في التخصص أو التخصص الدقيق، بالإضافة إلى أن تكون خبرة التدريب بعد التخرج مساوية أو تزيد عن سبع (7) سنوات في التخصص الدقيق.

Summary

Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of medical diseases and conditions, as well as the provision of medical care in the field of Hematopathology, in accordance with the current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the Hospital’s policies and procedures. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Clinical Responsibilities

1. Provides high quality patient care in all aspects of Hematopathology according to his/her approved clinical privileges. 
2. Provides consultation (inpatient and emergency room) upon request and responds in a timely manner within the prescribed timeframe as outlined in the Hospital’s policy. 
 3. Responsible for the timely completion, competencies, accuracy and legibility of the medical records. 
 4. Provides on-call service and ensures availability and response time within the prescribed timeframe in accordance with Hospital policy. 
 5. Conducts daily morning rounds to identify patients ready for transfer/discharge. Ensures that transfer/discharge orders are written 24 hours prior to discharge/ transfer.
 6. Performs any other clinical responsibilities related to the speciality, as assigned.
Academic Responsibilities 
1. Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision to junior staff as assigned. 
2. Participates in department’s educational activities and training programs of the department. Partakes in national and international medical conferences. 
3. Maintains and enhances professional knowledge and continuing education requirements.
 Research Responsibilities 
1. Participates in clinical, basic and translational research projects in accordance with Research Advisory Council Policy in order to advance knowledge, improve the quality of postgraduate education and contribute to the national and international recognition of KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.). 
Administrative Responsibilities
 1. Undertakes the administrative duties assigned by Head of Section or Chairman.
 2. Participates in all mandatory departmental activities and serves on Departmental and Hospital committees and other administrative functions, as required.
 3. Assists the department in the development and implementation of techniques and practices that help to maximize the utilization of all resources within the department and across the Hospital’ 
4. Abides by the current Hospital and medical staff bylaws, all relevant rules, regulations and policies and keeps updated of any changes that might occur. 
 5. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures. 
6. Performs other related duties as assigned. 
7. Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.

Education

Graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of required period of training in specialty and/or subspecialty, with Arab or American Board certification, membership and/or fellowship status in the United Kingdom and/or Canada or their equivalent.

Experience Required


Seven (7) Years of training in specialty or subspecialty plus postgraduate training experience must be equal to or exceed seven (7) years’ experience in the subspecialty
