Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Team Lead to lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects and oversee a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and functional understanding of Odoo, proven leadership experience, and the ability to deliver scalable ERP solutions that improve business operations and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Manage and mentor technical and functional team members, promoting collaboration and continuous development.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Odoo solutions.
• Oversee system architecture, customization, integration, testing, and deployment while ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and provide effective ERP solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing business processes through innovative Odoo solutions.
• Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by providing reliable and effective ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, customization, configuration, and system integration.
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional technical and functional teams.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
• Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Odoo across multiple business functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, and Sales.
• Experience integrating Odoo with third-party applications and external systems.
