We are looking for a talented Health & Safety Engineer to join us. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, international standards, and company requirements.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analyses.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in pharmaceutical sector or related.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.

Certifications (Required / Preferred)

Candidates preferred are those who hold recognized Health & Safety certifications, such as:

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent
• IOSH Managing Safely (minimum)
• OSHA certifications / OSHA 30-hour (preferred)
• Any additional relevant certifications are a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Both Arabic & English Language.
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
