برنامج خريجين لمدة 12 شهراً في مسار المبيعات والتجارة، يهدف إلى إعدادك للعمل في مجال المبيعات ونجاح العملاء والتميز التجاري. ستتلقى تدريباً منظماً مع إرشاد من قادة مبيعات ذوي خبرة، وفرصة للتوظيف الدائم بعد إكمال البرنامج بنجاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعلم على كيفية بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق المبيعات على فرص تجارية حقيقية
- تحليل احتياجات العملاء والمساهمة في تقديم حلول قائمة على القيمة
- دعم فرق المبيعات في إدارة حسابات العملاء والمناطق الجغرافية
- اكتساب الخبرة في استخدام أدوات CRM وعمليات البيع وإدارة خط الأنابيب
- المشاركة في أنشطة تطوير الأعمال والتخطيط لتطوير الحسابات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خريج حديث (Fresh Graduate)
- درجة في إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة
- مهارات تواصل قوية وشغف بمجال المبيعات
- شخص متحفز وموجه نحو النتائج وراغب في النمو
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
- الإقامة في المملكة العربية السعودية
