Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantitative Analyst role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Quantitative Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze operational, sales, and customer data from multiple branches to generate actionable insights. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining reports and dashboards, developing forecasting and performance models, and supporting pricing and promotional analysis. The role collaborates closely with operations, finance, and management teams to evaluate branch performance, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic expansion plans. The Quantitative Analyst is expected to present clear findings, recommend improvements, and help implement data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including statistical analysis, data modeling, and proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools.
• Experience with data collection, cleaning, validation, and reporting, preferably in retail, food service, or a multi-branch environment.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights, visualizations, and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of business metrics such as sales performance, cost analysis, profitability, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate closely with branch and head office teams.
