شركة Wipro تعلن عن وظيفة Organizational Change Manager في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير استراتيجيات إدارة التغيير التنظيمي (OCM) التي تتماشى مع أهداف تطبيق أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسة، لضمان انتقال سلس وتبني ناجح للتقنيات الجديدة.
- تحديد أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين والتواصل معهم لفهم مخاوفهم وجمع الملاحظات وإيصال فوائد تطبيق أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات لكسب دعمهم.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة لأثر التغيير على مختلف مجالات الأعمال والعمليات والموظفين، ووضع خطط تخفيف للمخاطر المحتملة.
- وضع خطط اتصال فعالة لنقل التغييرات في أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومراحل المشروع والفوائد إلى جميع مستويات المؤسسة، مع ضمان الشفافية والوضوح.
- تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لتزويد الموظفين بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة للتكيف مع أنظمة وعمليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الجديدة.
- تحديد ومعالجة مقاومة التغيير من خلال إدارة المخاوف بشكل استباقي، وتصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة، وتقديم الدعم للموظفين أثناء فترة الانتقال.
- تقييم جاهزية المؤسسة للتغيير وتطوير تدخلات لتعزيز الجاهزية وتقليل الاضطراب أثناء تطبيق أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- إنشاء هياكل حوكمة لإدارة التغيير التنظيمي لمتابعة تقدم مبادرات التغيير، وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لضمان التبني الناجح.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدمج أنشطة إدارة التغيير التنظيمي في خطط المشاريع، وضمان تضمين إدارة التغيير طوال دورة حياة تطبيق أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال إدارة التغيير التنظيمي.
- إجادة اللغة العربية إلزامية (متحدث عربي).

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: ( Arabic Speaker Mandatory)
- Developing OCM strategies: Create comprehensive OCM strategies that align with the organization's IT implementation goals and ensure smooth transition and adoption of new technologies.
- Stakeholder engagement: Identify key stakeholders and engage with them to understand their concerns, gather feedback, and communicate the benefits of the IT implementation to gain their support.
- Change impact assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of IT implementation on various business areas, processes, and employees, and develop mitigation plans for potential challenges
- Communication planning: Develop communication plans to effectively convey the IT changes, project milestones, and benefits to all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Training and development: Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the new IT systems and processes.
- Resistance management: Identify and address resistance to change by proactively managing concerns, addressing misconceptions, and providing support to employees during the transition.
- Change readiness assessment: Evaluate the organization's readiness for change and develop interventions to enhance readiness and minimize disruption during the IT implementation.
- OCM governance: Establish OCM governance structures to monitor the progress of change initiatives, track key performance indicators, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful adoption.
- Collaboration with project teams: Work closely with IT project teams to integrate OCM activities into project plans, ensuring that change management is embedded throughout the IT implementation lifecycle.
