المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات الرعاية الأولية الشاملة للمرضى، مع التركيز على إدارة الأمراض المزمنة والرعاية الوقائية.
- إجراء التقييمات السريرية، وأخذ التاريخ المرضي، والفحوصات البدنية، وطلب وتفسير الاختبارات التشخيصية.
- وضع خطط علاجية، ووصف العلاجات، والتنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان استمرارية الرعاية في سياق الرعاية الصحية المنزلية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة، والمشاركة في مراجعات الجودة ومبادرات تحسين الأداء، ودعم تثقيف المرضى وإرشادهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية معتمدة (MD أو ما يعادلها) وتدريب معترف به في طب الأسرة أو الممارسة العامة.
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة سارية أو أهلية للحصول عليها في مكة وجدة السعودية، مع إكمال التدريب المطلوب (إقامة أو مستوى مسجل).
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الأمراض المزمنة والرعاية الوقائية والممارسة الطبية الموجهة نحو الأسرة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التقييم السريري، والتشخيص، ووضع خطط العلاج مع الالتزام بسلامة المرضى والممارسة المبنية على الأدلة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة ومهارات شخصية ممتازة للتعاون مع المرضى والعائلات والفرق الطبية متعددة التخصصات.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريرية داخلية، وإدارة حالات متنوعة، والتكيف مع مسارات الرعاية الصحية المنزلية.
- الالتزام بالرعاية المتمحورة حول المريض والممارسة الأخلاقية والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- إجادة التوثيق الطبي واستخدام أنظمة السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية (يفضل الإلمام ببروتوكولات الرعاية المنزلية).

Role Description The Family Medicine Registrar will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, focusing on the management of chronic conditions and preventive care. The registrar will develop care plans, prescribe treatments, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure continuity of care within the home healthcare context. Additional duties include maintaining accurate medical records, participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, and supporting patient education and counseling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent) and recognized training in Family Medicine or General Practice.
- Valid license or eligibility to practice medicine in Riyadh/Saudi Arabia, including completion of required residency or registrar-level training.
- Demonstrated skills in chronic disease management, preventive care, and comprehensive family-oriented medical practice.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills with attention to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in an on-site clinical environment, manage a varied caseload, and adapt to home healthcare pathways.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and use of electronic health record systems; familiarity with home healthcare protocols is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
