We are looking for a Project Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be site-based, with strong technical coordination skills and hands-on experience using Revit for reviewing and coordinating project models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for fit-out works.
• Review and coordinate Revit models, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with HSE requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes.
• Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
• Support project delivery through to final handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fit-Out projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods and finishing works.
• Ability to read and coordinate construction drawings and BIM models.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work full-time on-site.
