تعلن شركة Nestlé Nespresso SA عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمندوب مبيعات قطاع الضيافة والمطاعم والفنادق (HoReCa Sales Representative) في الرياض، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المسؤول عن النمو في قنوات المطاعم والفنادق وقطاع الضيافة من خلال خلق أعمال جديدة وتطوير المنافذ القائمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان تحقيق الأهداف والمؤشرات المتفق عليها للمنطقة المحددة ضمن النطاق الجغرافي المعين.
  • تحديد فرص البيع في النطاق المعين ووضع خطة تنقيب ذكية وقابلة للقياس للمنطقة.
  • اختيار العملاء المحتملين باستخدام أدوات ومصادر متنوعة.
  • استخدام نظام SAP Customer on Demand (CoD) وتسجيل جميع الأنشطة فيه.
  • القيام بـ Cold Calling وزيارة العملاء المحتملين المختارين.
  • زيادة الأعمال مع العملاء الحاليين وتعزيز ظهور العلامة التجارية وتنفيذ الأنشطة التسويقية والبيعية ذات الصلة.
  • بيع/تركيب آلات القهوة من مجموعة B2B (Aguila, Gemini) ومجموعة B2C، مع خلق حجم مبيعات دائم ومستدام لدى عملاء HoReCa المناسبين.
  • حضور المعارض والفعاليات الوطنية لقطاع الضيافة، وزيادة المعرفة بشبكات HoReCa الرئيسية في المنطقة.
  • إدارة الائتمان للعملاء الجدد والحاليين في النطاق المحدد (الفواتير المفتوحة، الديون المفتوحة).

Horeca Sales Representative

Main Job Purpose:

Responsible for the growth in the restaurants, hotels and other foodservice/ hospitality channels by creating new business and developing existing outlets.

A day in the life of Horeca Sales Representative

  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPI for the assigned Area, in designated territory
  • Identify sales opportunities within designated territory, create SMART prospect plan for own region
  • Selection of customers (prospects) via different tools and sources
  • Usage of SAP Customer on Demand (CoD) and recording all above activities into (CoD)
  • Cold Calling and Visiting of selected prospects
  • Increase business with existing customers, increasing brand visibility and implement relevant marketing & sales activities
  • Selling/placing machines spread over the B2B (Aguila, Gemini) and B2C range, creating durable and sustainable volume at relevant horeca customers.
  • Attending National Horeca Trade Fairs and events, increase knowledge of key Horeca networks in own region.
  • Credit management of New and Existing Customers in designated territory (open invoices, ope low)
  • Compliance with Nestlé and Nespresso business principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of Sales experience: prospecting (cold calling, cold canvassing), negotiating sales conditions and contracts, managing & developing existing customers.
  • Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target
  • Energized by tough challenges and is a team player
