Lead Wadi Jeddah's real estate investment portfolio and drive long-term value creation for the Innovation & Business District.

Key Focus Areas

1. Market Strategy: Analyze market trends and identify high-potential investment opportunities

2. Investment Analysis: Evaluate opportunities using financial models, feasibility studies, and investment metrics

3. Deal Structuring: Lead due diligence, negotiations, and investment structuring for strategic transactions

4. Project Development: Oversee development execution and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and on value

5. Asset Management: Manage and optimize asset performance, enhance value and maximize returns across the portfolio

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute Wadi Jeddah’s real estate investment strategy in alignment with company objectives

2. Analyze Jeddah’s real estate market trends, identify investment opportunities, and negotiate strategic deals

3. Lead investment evaluation, financial analysis, and feasibility studies

4. Lead due diligence, including legal, technical, commercial, and regulatory reviews

5. Oversee development execution and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

6. Drive the activation and commercialization of real estate assets to maximize occupancy and long-term value

7. Build strategic relationships with investors, developers, KAU, and government entities

8. Evaluate investment risks and support informed investment decisions

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.

- MBA or professional certifications (preferred).

Experience

- 6-12 years of experience in Saudi or GCC real estate investment.

- Proven track record in real estate transactions or large to medium-scale developments.

Skills

- Strong execution and follow-up

- Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate laws, regulations, and local development processes.

- Proficient in Excel and Presentation tools.

Languages

- Fluent in Arabic

- Proficient in English
