As part of our expansion in AI education, we are seeking passionate professionals to deliver engaging, hands-on AI training programs designed for business professionals and non-technical learners.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Trainer to deliver instructor-led training programs focused on the practical use of Artificial Intelligence without programming or coding.

The trainer will teach professionals how to leverage today's leading AI tools-including generative AI, prompt engineering, AI productivity applications, automation platforms, and business use cases-to improve efficiency, creativity, and decision-making.

This is a contract-based remote role, with training delivered online and occasionally onsite when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging AI training sessions for professionals and corporate clients.
• Teach practical applications of AI without requiring programming knowledge.
• Explain AI concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.
• Demonstrate the effective use of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, Gamma, and other leading AI platforms.
• Guide learners through real-world business scenarios and hands-on activities.
• Support participants throughout the learning journey and answer technical questions.
• Keep course content aligned with the latest AI developments and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Peerless to continuously improve training materials and learner experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and modern AI productivity tools.
• Experience delivering professional training, workshops, or corporate learning programs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI-powered business workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, Canva AI, Zapier AI, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• AI certifications are an advantage.
• Experience delivering executive or corporate training is highly desirable.
