IT Supervisor

·        Responsible of the installation and configuration of MS Dynamics, Routers, 4G Modems, Switches, IP Cameras, Bio-metric Scanners, CPUs, Printers/Copiers, Barcode Scanners at POS Locations, Factory, Warehouse etc.…

·        Responsible of the Servers, Storage, Switches, Environment Monitoring, UPS etc. at the Datacenter.

·        Responsible for the Datacenter Monitoring.

• Responsible for the Hardware/Software Virtualizations
• Responsible for VSAN’s (Virtual Storage Area Networks)
• Daily Monitoring of System’s Health, Clusters Health, Systems Heart Beats, Malware/Virus Detections etc.

·        Responsible for the Efficient backups (Online/Offline) of the Virtual Servers, Physical Servers, SQL Databases, Exchange Mail Databases and Data on the servers.

·        Responsible for Domain Registrations, Domain Hosting, SSL Certifications etc. (Go Daddy/Network Solutions)

·        Liaising with Hardware/Software/Communication Vendors

·        Responsible for the License Audit, Licensing and its Renewals (Microsoft, Citrix, Symantec, Malwarebytes, Veeam, VMware, HPE Systems, DELL Storage, Sonicwall Firewall, FortiGate Firewall, Code TWO, Bartender etc)

·        Responsible of supplying Data/Internet connectivity between the Branches, Factory, Warehouse and the Headquarters.

·        Administering the integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing.

·        Working out priorities for systems developments, maintenance and operations, and administering the periodical and emergent maintenance regarding the IT hardware facilities of the company.

·        Controlling the Endpoint Security with the Anti- Virus/Anti-Malware Systems.

.        Responsible of integration system

.         Responsible of PROGRAMME INSTALLATION

·        Controlling the Gateway Security with the Firewall/Content Filtering/Ant-Virus/DPI-SSL Enforcement/ATP Captures etc.

·        Establishing and controlling systems access and security.

·        Coordinating protocols for operation within multi-user IT networks that provide voice, data and text transmission.

·        Checking systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.

·        Patch Managements, Upgrades and Updates for the licensed software’s (Desktop/Laptop OS, Server OS, Office 365, SQL, Exchange, VMware, Veeam etc.)

·        Providing Testing to the new equipment and systems.

·        Preparing technical reports on the operation of systems.

·        Preparing systems cost estimates and cost-benefit analyses.

·        Following up the warranty policies and maintenance contracts with the suppliers.

·        Cross-checking and approvals of recurring payments towards Internet/Data connectivity/Service Renewals/Warranty Renewals etc.

·        Responsible for the Co-Ordination, Work Distribution, Work assignments etc. with the IT Support Technician.

·        Responsible to provide uninterruptable IT services to the business need of the company.

·        Surveillance Cameras:

·        Determine the required technical specifications when deciding to purchase cameras.

·        Follow up the installation of new cameras and ensure that they work on the system and registration.

·        Security Cameras:

Ensuring the readiness, efficiency, and maintenance of surveillance cameras in all branches and headquarters of the company and its projects.

·        Fingerprint Devices:

Follow-up, monitor and ensure the performance of the fingerprint devices at all the company’s sites and branches.

·        Visiting Showrooms:

Setting and applying a schedule for visiting the showrooms periodically to ensure technical matters in general, in terms of computers, cameras, fingerprint devices, insurance computers, and STC pay.

·        All the issues related to information technology.
