المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الفحوصات الدورية والصيانة الوقائية وإصلاح أنظمة المصاعد لضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال.
- تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية واستبدال المكونات التالفة أو البالية.
- ضبط واختبار أداء النظام وتوثيق جميع الأعمال المنفذة.
- الاستجابة لطلبات الخدمة والتنسيق مع المشرفين وإدارة المبنى.
- الامتثال لجميع معايير السلامة واللوائح المحلية.
- المساعدة في مشاريع التركيب أو التحديث ودعم التحسينات المستمرة في إجراءات الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة دبلوم تقني ذات صلة في الكهرباء أو الميكانيكا أو تكنولوجيا المصاعد.
- خبرة سابقة كفني مصاعد أو في مجال مماثل (يفضل).
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الأدلة الفنية والمخططات ووثائق الصيانة.
- فهم لوائح السلامة وإجراءات lockout/tagout وممارسات الوقاية من المخاطر.
- القدرة البدنية على العمل في الأماكن الضيقة والمرتفعات وحمل الأحمال المعتدلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في صيانة المصاعد وإصلاحها وصيانة الأنظمة المختلفة.
- القدرة على تشخيص أعطال المصاعد وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الحلول الفعالة.
- معرفة عملية بالكهرباء كما تنطبق على أنظمة التحكم في المصاعد والأسلاك وبروتوكولات السلامة.
- خبرة في استخدام الأدوات وأجهزة الاختبار وأجهزة السلامة في بيئة صناعية أو خدمة المباني.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على التعاون مع الزملاء والمقاولين والعملاء.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Elevator Technician role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Elevator Technician is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on elevator systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, replacing worn or damaged components, adjusting and testing system performance, and documenting all work performed. The role involves responding to service calls, coordinating with supervisors and building management, and complying with all safety standards and local regulations. The technician may also assist with installation or modernization projects and support continuous improvements in maintenance procedures.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Elevator Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for various elevator systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot Elevators, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Working knowledge of Electricity as it applies to elevator controls, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or elevator technology.
- Experience working with tools, test equipment, and safety devices in an industrial or building services environment.
- Understanding of safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and risk prevention practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and to lift moderate loads as required by the job.
- Previous experience as an elevator technician or in a similar field is preferred.
