Join Our Team: Experienced Accountant

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly analytical Accountant to join our fast-paced, data-driven environment. In this crucial role, you will be the bridge between our finance, operations, and tech teams. If you thrive in high-volume transaction settings, have a deep understanding of revenue accounting, and are an expert in Odoo ERP and Saudi tax compliance and work experience in Logistic company, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact!

What You Will Do

As a core member of our finance department, your day-to-day will involve:

• Account Receivable (AR) Management: Manage the full AR cycle, including preparing monthly merchant invoicing, recording customer payments, monitoring and following up on outstanding balances, and processing credit notes.
• Tax, Compliance & E-Invoicing: Ensure strict adherence to ZATCA requirements, manage the e-invoicing (Fatoora) process, and prepare quarterly VAT output reports to guarantee full compliance with local tax regulations.
• End-to-End Accounting: Manage monthly merchant invoicing, record customer payments, and process credit notes,
• Comprehensive Reconciliations: Perform multi-system bank reconciliations (Odoo, operating platforms, and bank accounts) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports, ensuring the completeness of all financial data.
• System & Tech Collaboration: Act as the financial system expert. Identify and troubleshoot Odoo integration issues alongside our tech team to improve and automate processes.
• Merchant Support: Resolve merchant inquiries via email and, managing pricing differences, discounts, and promotions.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a proven track record handling high-volume transaction. Direct experience with ZATCA regulations and the Fatoora e-invoicing system is required. Backgrounds in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace environments are highly preferred.
• Mandatory strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Language: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Core Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across cross-functional team
• Work experience in Logistic company
