تعلن شركة ASMO عن توفر وظيفة Emergency Outbound Coordinator للعمل في موقع CPY (ساحة الأنابيب المركزية بالبقيق) في المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن بيئة تشغيلية عالية الإنتاجية تشمل مناولة ثقيلة للأنابيب وحركة لوجستية واسعة. تتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تنسيق أنشطة التأهب والاستجابة للحوادث الطارئة لضمان سلامة الأفراد وحماية البيئة واستمرارية العمليات، وفقاً لمعايير الشركة ولوائح صناعة النفط والغاز.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق وإدارة أنشطة الاستجابة للطوارئ أثناء الحوادث داخل ساحة الأنابيب المركزية (CPY).
- إجراء تدريبات الطوارئ الدورية، بما يشمل تدريبات الحريق والاستجابة للانسكابات والإخلاء الطبي وإخلاء الساحة.
- ضمان جاهزية معدات الطوارئ مثل طفايات الحريق وأجهزة الإنذار ومجموعات الانسكاب ومحطات غسل العين وأنظمة الاتصالات الطارئة وفحصها بانتظام.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للطوارئ أثناء الحوادث إلى حين وصول الإدارة العليا أو خدمات الطوارئ الخارجية.
- التنسيق مع إدارات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والأمن والعمليات وسلطات الطوارئ الخارجية عند الحاجة.
- صيانة نقاط التجمع الطارئة وخرائط الإخلاء وقوائم جهات الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ.
- إجراء تقييم المخاطر المتعلقة بالتأهب للطوارئ والاستجابة لها.
- التحقيق في حوادث الطوارئ وإعداد تقارير مفصلة تتضمن الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراقبة الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بـ ASMO واللوائح السعودية ومتطلبات السلامة في النفط والغاز.
- دعم أنشطة استمرارية الأعمال وإدارة الأزمات.
- حفظ سجلات التدريبات والفحوصات والتدريب على الطوارئ وأنشطة الاستجابة للحوادث.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المستوى الثالث: درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة المهنية أو السلامة الصناعية أو الحماية من الحرائق أو إدارة الطوارئ أو مجال ذي صلة.
- المستوى الثاني: دبلوم في السلامة المهنية أو السلامة الصناعية أو الحماية من الحرائق أو إدارة الطوارئ أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات الإسعافات الأولية / الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) / مزيل الرجفان الخارجي الآلي (AED) من هيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي أو جهة معترف بها دولياً.
- يفضل الحصول على تدريب في مكافحة الحرائق ودور رجال الإطفاء.
- يفضل الحصول على تدريب في فريق الاستجابة للطوارئ (ERT).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- المستوى الثالث: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الاستجابة للطوارئ أو الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) أو العمليات الصناعية، ويفضل في بيئات النفط والغاز أو ساحات الأنابيب أو الخدمات اللوجستية.
- المستوى الثاني: خبرة تتراوح بين 5–10 سنوات في الاستجابة للطوارئ أو الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) أو العمليات الصناعية، ويفضل في بيئات النفط والغاز أو ساحات الأنابيب أو الخدمات اللوجستية.
- معرفة إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق وممارسات قيادة الحوادث.
- يفضل الإلمام بمعايير OSHA وNFPA ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في النفط والغاز.
- شهادات سارية في الإسعافات الأولية / مكافحة الحرائق تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرات قوية في إدارة الأزمات واتخاذ القرار.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء تحت الضغط أثناء حالات الطوارئ.

Role Purpose
This role is responsible for coordinating emergency preparedness and response activities within the pipe yard facility to ensure personnel safety, environmental protection, and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage emergency response activities during incidents within ASMO Central Pipe Yard (CPY).
- Conduct regular emergency drills, including fire, spill response, medical evacuation, and yard evacuation exercises.
- Ensure emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarms, spill kits, eyewash stations, and emergency communication systems are operational and properly inspected.
- Act as the primary emergency focal point during incidents until higher management or external emergency services arrive.
- Coordinate with HSE, security, operations, and external emergency authorities when required.
- Maintain emergency assembly points, evacuation maps, and emergency contact lists.
- Conduct risk assessment related to emergency preparedness and response.
- Investigate emergency incidents and prepare detailed incident reports with corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with ASMO HSE standards, Saudi regulations, and oil & gas safety requirements.
- Support business continuity and crisis management activities.
- Maintain records of drills, inspections, emergency training, and incident response activities.
- Grade 3: Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Industrial Safety, Fire Protection, Emergency Management, or related field.
- Grade 2: Diploma qualification in occupational safety, Industrial Safety, Fire Protection, Emergency Management, or related field.
- First Aid / CPR / AED Certifications from an organization such as the Saudi Red Crescent Authority or an internationally recognized provider are preferred.
- Firefighting & Fire Warden Training is preferred.
- Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
- Grade 3: 3 of experience in emergency response, HSE, or industrial operations, preferably in oil & gas, pipe yard, or logistics environment.
- Grade 2: 5–10 of experience in emergency response, HSE, or industrial operations, preferably in oil & gas, pipe yard, or logistics environment
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures, firefighting systems, and incident command practices.
- Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, and oil & gas HSE standards is preferred.
- Valid first aid/firefighting certifications are an advantage.
